This was made possible by the time spent riding alone in Portugal during the Covid epidemic giving him the inspiration to write this  book.
 
After each outing he wrote down what he had been thinking about , 6 months later on his return to France  he used WORD on his computer to fine tune his writings, before finally deciding the order they were to apear in the book.
